NCMA Contracts will be used and also a child’s information sheet will need to be completed.
This is just to let me know who the child’s doctor is or if they are allergic to anything. Just incase of an emergency.

Absent Child: Full Fee’s
Childminder Holiday: No Fee
Parents Holiday: Full Fee’s
Bank Holidays: No Childminding available
A reduction in fee’s per child is made if: There is more than one child from the same family needing a space.
All fees to be paid in advance please and in full at the beginning of each week.
